Another beautiful song off of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ recent album, ‘It’s Blitz!’, ‘Hysteric’ is a subtle synthy ballad with shoegaze melodies. The song has a slight ethereal and dreamy feel to it, not quite touching the ground. One can’t even tell if it’s a happy song or a melancholic one or even a hopeful one. Another great track off the album is ‘Runaway’. I’m clearly listening to this album in Piecemeal.
