One of the readers of this blog, Perryhan, recommended I check out the track, ‘Baby I’m Yours’ by Breakbot. She guaranteed I’d love it and the video. And she was right on. (Thanks for the recommendation). It’s awesome. Breakbot is Thibaut Berland, a French producer and DJ recently signed to the always hip Ed Banger record label. I’m really glad to be hearing some new French House, it’s been a while. Breakbot is a little softer, funkier and relaxed. Though ‘Baby I’m Yours’ is still a fun track to crack out some moves to on the dancefloor. And the video is just phenomenal. It’s an animated vid of flowing sketches in psychedelic color that completely immerses you in the flavor of the tune.
