Great song and a great video to accompany it. Vitalic is a French electronic artist who has been releasing albums since 2005. His latest release, ‘Flashmob’, has a few good tunes, one being ‘Poison Lips’, his second single off of the album. It’s a progressive electro track mixed with thick slabs of disco. And I’m pretty obsessed with the video, directed by Julien Levy. A sleek, futuristic setting, whereby Vitalic’s house infused/disco beats are clearly too much for the young, sexy, stylish looking Japanese girls to handle. His music seems to entrance them into walking the dark, urban jungle in fits, smearing lipstick and imprinting ‘V’s’ everywhere they go. Beautifully edited, cut up and lit.
